FilmDoo Co-Founder Weerada Sucharitkul:
“Although FilmDoo is a Film Discovery website, we still feel that going to the cinema is a filmic experience second to none. Part of that experience is checking out the movie posters in the cinema lobby, or even collecting them, so we’re thrilled to be paying homage to the art of movie posters with such prestigious partners, allowing you, the film-viewer, to have your own work up there for others to see. So if you have an eye for film, show us what you’re made of!”
Managing Director of Picturehouse Cinemas, Lyn Goleby:
“Film poster art is key to our film marketing, and nowhere is this more evident than in our cinema lobbies. Picturehouse is a strong believer in bringing together theatrical and home entertainment in an original way that reinforces the film experience in cinemas. We are happy to be supporting FilmDoo’s innovative competition.”
Matt Aindow, Head of Pro Video, Scan Computers, Filmmaker and Artist:
“Scan Pro Video is delighted to be joining other world class partners in sponsoring Filmdoo. Working as bespoke system builders to the creative industries gives us special insight into the importance of supporting the development of filmmakers and digital creatives. Many of us started as 2D artists in one form or another, which is why this competition has special resonance.”
